2024级国际学生报到注册须知

基本条件及报到注册时间

1.境外国际学生入境须遵守中华人民共和国出入境管理规定。

2.按照录取通知书，于2024年9月9日－9月15日报到注册，如有延迟请第一时间联系学校，否则逾期且未告知学校的将取消入学资格。

报到注册详细流程

1.信息表：按照报到注册情况表详细填写各项信息，要求至少提前一周反馈，以便办理保险落地险。

2.住宿安排：均为三人一间。

3.入校及住宿登记：入境并到达到海口后，自行前往海南医科大学南门，凭录取通知书或护照进入学校，由志愿者引导入住宿舍；前往六期学生公寓办理住宿手续， 并在24小时内用手机扫描二维码完成公安系统住宿登记（二维码附后）；后续各项手续的办理等，均可咨询志愿者。

4.报到：入校后，前往研究生楼（崇真楼）报到，中文授课专业学生及预科生在210办公室报到，临床医学专业学生在211办公室报到；正确使用 Study Partner App；填写入学登记卡：并出示护照、录取通知书原件、JW202表原件、公证的高中毕业证及成绩单原件、高中毕业证及成绩单公证件、推荐信2封原件、HSK证书原件或相关汉语水平能力证明、《海南医科大学国际学生入学申请表》、《海南省政府奖学金申请表》（奖学金生提供）、无犯罪记录证明原件、体检证明。

注：除纸质原件外，以上文件均需提供正式 PDF 扫描件，每名学生一个文件夹，以“学号+中文名”命名，否则不予接受。

5.照片：提交2寸免冠照片 4张（3.5cm*4.5cm），背面写明学号，一张用于办理学生证，三张用于入学登记卡。

6.相关事项安排：办理电话卡、购买医疗保险；自行购买床上物品及生活必需品。

7.入境体检：

入境体检需在报到后第二天完成，体检者须携带：

（1）护照原件及护照页、签证页复印件

（2）2寸免冠照片2 张（3.5cm*4.5cm）

体检注意事项：

（1）体检前三天应少进食肉类

（2）不能摄入含有酒精类的饮料

（3）体检当天空腹

（4）保证良好的睡眠

新生入学体检合格，取得健康证明，予以注册。未获得健康合格证明或不符合来华留学规定的，不予注册，应限期离境。

8.交费：

学生需缴纳学费等费用后方可申请学习签证等，具体流程请参照入学缴费指南。

9.签证申请材料：

（1）护照复印件

（5）体检证明

（6）保险单

注：学生需先将签证申请材料提交至211办公室，经审核并领取学校出具的函件后再自行前往出入境部门办理。

海口市公安局出入境接待大厅地址：海口市龙华区滨海公园路1号海口市民游客中心一层（公安业务综合服务窗⼝）。

办公时间：周一至周五（8:30-12:00；14:00-17:30），节假日除外； 学习签证需在入境后一个月内办理完成。

Instruction on Registration for International Students of 2024 Grade

I. Basic Conditions and Registration Date

1. Overseas international students shall comply with the exit and entry regulations of the People's Republic of China.

2. According to the admission letter, the registration should be finished from September 9 to September 15, 2024. If there is any delay, please contact the school as soon as possible, otherwise the admission will be canceled without any application.

II. Detailed Registration Process

1.Information form: Fill in the information in detail according to the registration form, and finish it at least one week in advance, so as to apply for landing insurance.

2.Accommodation arrangement: three people share one room.

3.Entering the university and accommodation registration:  After arriving in Haikou, the students should go to the south gate of Hainan Medical University by themselves with showing the admission letter or passport, and be guided by volunteers to stay in the dormitory; Go to No. 6 student apartment to check in, and complete the police accommodation registration within 24 hours by scanning the QR code with mobile phone (QR code attached); Volunteers can be consulted for follow-up procedures.

4.Registration: After finishing the procedures above, go to the Graduate Building (Chongzhen Building) to register, Chinese programme and preparatory students to register in Office 210, the students of clinical medicine majors to register in office 211 (office hours: Monday to Friday 8:00-12:00; 15:00-18:00, except holidays); At the same time, learn to  use the Study Partner App correctly. Fill the Registration Card. Materials to bring: Passport, original admission letter, original JW202 form, notarized original high school graduation certificate and transcript, 2 recommendation letters, HSK certificate or any other Chinese proficiency certificate, Application Form for international students of Hainan Medical University, APPLICATION FORM FOR HAINAN GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP (for scholarship students) original certificate of no criminal record, and original medical certificate.

Note: In addition to the original ones, students need to provide the official PDF scan files for the above documents, one folder for each student, named with "roll number + Chinese name", otherwise it will not be accepted.

5.Photos: Submit four 2-inch formal photos (3.5cm*4.5cm) with the roll number written on the back, one for student ID and three for enrollment card.

6.Related arrangements: Buying phone SIM cards and purchasing medical insurance; Buying the own bedding and daily necessities.

7. Medical Examination:

The medical examination should be completed on the second day after registration whit these materials bellowed:

(1) Passport and copies of the original passport, passport page and visa page

(2) two 2-inch formal photos (3.5cm*4.5cm)

Notes for physical examination:

(1) Eat less meat three days before the physical examination

(2) Do not consume beverages containing alcohol

(3) Fasting on the day of the physical examination

(4) Get a good night's sleep

The students who pass the physical examination and obtain a health certificate will be registered. Those who have not obtained a health certificate will not be registered and must leave the country within a limited time.

8. Payment:

Students are required to pay tuition fees and other fees before applying for study visa. Please refer to the Payment Guide for details.

9. Visa Application Materials:

(5) Physical examination certificate

(6) Insurance certificate

The study visa must be applied for within one month after entry.
